Here in western Montana, local McDonald’s Owner/Operators, restaurant crews, customers and the McDonald’s system support Ronald McDonald House Missoula every day through fundraising, volunteerism, sponsorships, advocacy and community awareness. Their generosity helps ensure families have a welcoming place to stay while their child receives medical care.
Support from McDonald and donations made through local restaurants provide approximately 20% of the annual operating revenue for Ronald McDonald House Missoula.
The rest is made possible by thousands of generous individuals, businesses, foundations, civic organizations and neighbors throughout western Montana who believe families should never have to face a child’s illness alone.

In 2025 alone, generous customers in Western Montana raised more than $227,000 through Round Up, helping provide more than 1,800 nights of lodging for families with seriously ill or injured children.
