Find a Way to Help

A little of your time can go a long way for families far from home.

Volunteers are an important part of Ronald McDonald House Missoula and the community of care that supports our families.

Prepare dinner for our guest families. Help stock our breakfast shelves.  Organize a donation drive. Tackle a project around the House. Or share a talent of your own. Every way you can share your time and generosity will help make Ronald McDonald House feel a little more like home.

There are many ways to volunteer on your own, with your family or when you gather your coworkers, classmates, teammates, service club, church group or friends.

Whether you already know how you’d like to help or simply know you’d like to do something meaningful, we’ll help you find an opportunity that’s a great fit for your schedule and interests.

And you’re never too young to help. Kids of all ages can find fun and meaningful ways to support families, too.

Meals from the Heart

Put dinner on the table for families after a long day at the hospital. Prepare a meal in our House kitchen, provide a delivered dinner or sponsor a meal and let us take care of the rest.

Sunny Start

Give families a nourishing start to their day with easy breakfast options they can enjoy at the House or grab on their way to the hospital.

Wish Lists & Donation Drives

Keep our House stocked with the food, toiletries, household supplies, children’s activities and the everyday essentials our families use throughout their stay. Shop one of our Wish Lists or rally others to host a donation drive.

Create Your Own Volunteer Opportunity

Have a talent to share, a group ready to help or simply some extra time to give? We can’t wait to learn more about you and find or create a volunteer experience that fits your interests.

Young Philanthropists

Little hands can make a big difference! Kids and teens can help care for families by hosting a donation drive, collecting Wish List items, creating their own fundraiser, volunteering alongside an adult or dreaming up an idea all their own.

Not Sure Where to Start?

That’s okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out.

Contact us and let us know what you or your group enjoys doing.  We will find a meaningful way for you to get involved.
